Safari Gas in Tech Venture Meetup Malaysia 2023
Tech Venture Meetup 2023 is the highly anticipated event for entrepreneurs, investors, and technology enthusiasts. It has been a resounding success, drawing participants from all over the world. The program took place on Jan 17th 2023, at the MRANTI Park, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This event brought together some of the most innovative and disruptive start-ups in the tech industry. Besides, it also providing attendees with valuable insights into the latest trends and developments in the field.
Keynote Session 1: “Scale Up Your Business: How to Approach & Close the Right Deal”
This one-day event featured keynote speeches, partner presentation, panel discussions, as well as pitch sessions. From this event, emerging companies could showcase their products and services to potential investors and customers. Besides, attendees were able to hear from industry leaders and experts, as well as network with other entrepreneurs and investors.

Highlight of the Event
Tech Venture Meetup 2023 event was attended by a diverse group of participants, including TECH PLANTER Alumni, real tech start-ups, established companies, and venture capitalists. Moreover, the event also provide platform for thought-provoking dialogue and exchange of ideas by organizing panel discussion session entitled “Scale Up Your Business: How to Approach & Close the Right Deal” and “IPO: A Destination or a Spring Board towards Sustainability”.
The pitching session was one of the highlights of the event. Eight participating companies receiving opportunity to present their potential products in front of investors, customers and other participants.
Some of start-ups involves for the pitching session are Qarbotech, Alphaswift, Umorie, Aphelia and others. Although Safari Gas did not get the opportunity for the pitching session, however we still managed to caught investor and customer’s attention from our booth.

The event was ended with the “Deep Tech Venture of the Year” Award Ceremony to deserving individuals. Then, followed by a networking lunch to foster new connection.
The organizers of the event received positive feedback from attendees and participating companies. They praising the event for its high-quality content and valuable networking opportunities.
Overall, Tech Venture Meetup 2023 was a great success. It provided a platform for entrepreneurs, investors, and technology enthusiasts to connect, learn, and share their experiences.
